Effective October 1, 2026
The short version
- We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry, provide your sessions, and send the emails you sign up for.

- What you share with Rachel stays private.
- You can see, fix, or delete your information any time. Email info@pointenutrition.com.
Who we are
This policy covers pointenutrition.com and the services of To The Pointe Nutrition: one-to-one nutrition counseling, nutrition workshops, clinical supervision for providers, the Food Exploration Charts for picky eaters, and our emails (together, the "Services"). The Services are run by To The Pointe Nutrition, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), founded by Rachel Fine, MS, RD, CSSD, CEDS-C.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry details: your name, email, phone, and the information you enter when you reach out through a form on our site, such as a 1:1 counseling inquiry, a workshop booking request, a clinical supervision inquiry, or a general contact message.
- What you tell us about your needs: details you choose to share about what you are navigating, your dance or training background, your group or studio, or how we can help, so we can respond appropriately.
- Purchase details: billing name, email, and address when you buy a product or service. Card numbers go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Client records: if you become a 1:1 client, the information you share with Rachel as part of your care, handled as described in the Medical Disclaimer below and kept confidential.
- Picky eaters orders: the food details you provide when you order personalized Food Exploration Charts, which may include a child's food likes, dislikes, and who the charts are for.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: browser, device, approximate location from your IP address, pages visited, and visit times.
- Cookies: used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
- Email activity: whether you open our emails or click links in them.
Tools we use
We use trusted outside providers to run our business. They handle your information on our behalf and only for these purposes. We name our payment processor below because your payment security depends on it; the rest are listed by the role they perform, and we are happy to share the specific provider on request.
| Type of provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Payment processor (Stripe) | Processes payments securely. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store it. |
| Website hosting provider | Runs and hosts our website |
| Form provider | Powers our inquiry, booking, and order forms |
| Email service provider | Manages email lists and the emails you sign up for |
| Spam-protection service | Filters spam on forms and comments |
| Analytics and advertising services | Help us understand how the site is used and, if used, measure our advertising |
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and talk through whether and how we can work together.
- To deliver the services you booked or bought, such as 1:1 counseling, a workshop, clinical supervision, or your Food Exploration Charts.
- To send the emails you asked for, such as newsletters and updates.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and keep records the law requires.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To improve the site and protect our users and business.
Children and teens
Some of the dancers and children we serve are young, so a parent or guardian is always involved for anyone under 18.
- Under 13: children under 13 may use our Services only through a parent or guardian. The parent makes any inquiry or purchase, provides the child's information, and gives consent before we collect anything about the child. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13 without a parent's consent. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
- Ages 13 to 17: teens may use our Services only with a parent or guardian's permission and involvement.
- 1:1 care for minors: nutrition counseling for anyone under 18 involves a parent or guardian, who provides consent and takes part as appropriate.
- Parents' rights: a parent or guardian can review their child's information, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop collecting it at any time by emailing info@pointenutrition.com.
Keeping and protecting your information
- Email list: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Inquiries: kept for a reasonable time so we can follow up and keep our records.
- Client records: kept as long as professional and legal recordkeeping rules require.
- Purchase records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, Stripe for payments, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Stop sending you marketing emails or using advertising cookies.

Medical Disclaimer
Education, and the limits of this website
The information on pointenutrition.com, in our workshops, in the Food Exploration Charts, and in our emails and social media is for general education only. It is not specific to you and does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your own physician, dietitian, therapist, or other qualified health professional. Talk with your provider before changing your eating, training, or supplements, and about any health concern.
No provider relationship from the website. Reading this site, attending a workshop, submitting an inquiry form, or buying the Food Exploration Charts does not create a dietitian-client or other healthcare relationship. A dietitian-client relationship is formed only when you and Rachel enter into one-to-one nutrition counseling through a separate agreement, after an inquiry and intake.
One-to-one counseling. Individual nutrition counseling is a professional service provided only under that separate agreement. Nothing on this website is a substitute for it, and submitting a form does not begin care.
Clinical supervision is a professional service for other providers and is not medical or nutrition care for the supervised provider's own clients. It does not create a provider relationship between To The Pointe Nutrition and those clients.
Workshops and tools are educational. They are not screening or diagnostic tools for any condition, including eating disorders.
If you are struggling with food or your body, please reach out to a qualified professional. In the U.S., the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is 1-866-662-1235. In an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988.
