Whether trying to lose, gain, or maintain your weight, Rachel is here to guide you. Learn how to remove “diet” from your vocabulary and introduce yourself to a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Given the severity of today’s diet culture, disordered eating habits are amongst us all. If you’re curious about your relationship with food; take my quiz. Let’s focus on rebuilding your relationship with food.
Simplicity is the key to Rachel’s whole food and healthy lifestyle approach. During your first visit, Rachel will evaluate your medical history as well as review your current eating habits and lifestyle needs. Together, Rachel will work with you to establish your short-term and long-term nutritional goals. You will leave each session with a personalized plan, including practical information such as meal plans, guides, and grocery lists. Each follow-up visit will involve continuous food- and nutrition-related education, providing you with strategies to maintain your success and cope with any barriers you may face.
Initial sessions are 75–90 minute in length, while follow up sessions last between 45-60 minutes.
