Rachel has dedicated her career to counseling, supervising, and teaching in the field of weight management and disordered eating behaviors. As a Certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition and as a Certified Counselor of Intuitive Eating, Rachel’s passion is to detangle the deep-rooted myths of diet culture. Rachel helps her clients heal their relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies.

What’s Included in The 4-Week Program?
75-minute Initial Session
We’ll start with a full assessment. We’ll dive into your relationship with food and body image as we look into your past and current eating behaviors, your exercise routine, and more. Rachel will evaluate your medical history as well as review your lifestyle needs. Rachel will work with you to establish short-term and long-term nutritional goals, whether that includes weight and/or performance.
Two, 45-minute Follow-up Sessions
Each follow-up digs deeper into behavioral change with continuous nutrition education and strategies to cope with any barriers you may face. You will leave each session with a personalized plan, including practical information such as meal plans and weekly care plans. All clients receive free copies of interactive nutrition guides and #TTPGuide Performance Workbooks.
Weekly Digital Meal Tracking with Feedback
Together we review your weekly virtual meal logs and discuss the real-time feedback that was provided.
While working together, you have access to unlimited support and guidance for any questions or concerns. Realize that we are in this together! You are not alone. I support you throughout this process and therefore you can contact me between sessions.
Ongoing Follow Up
Upon program completion, follow ups are offered at a discounted rate. Weekly, bimonthly, or monthly follow ups are recommended depending on your individual progress to provide continued communication, support, and guidance.

As a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Rachel provides certified expertise to enhance the performance of competitive and recreational dancers and athletes while maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
